When will John Cena get his revenge? Are we building towards John Cena vs. Jon Stewart at WrestleMania 33, for the right how to decide how to spell 'John'?

Well, obviously not, but Jon Stewart is another name from outside professional wrestling to feature and make a difference through a true enthusiasm and knowledge of the product. After riffing on the end of the Undertaker's WrestleMania streak and subsequent return to kick Brock Lesnar in the nuts, Stewart eventually grabbed himself a spot as guest host of SummerSlam last year.

Stewart had had his issues with Seth Rollins going into the event, and the then-WWE World Champion was scheduled to take on then-United States Champion John Cena in the main event of the show. Stewart was likely getting involved, but how? Well, in a fairly awkward manner, Stewart stabbed Cena with a chair and allowed Rollins to pick up the win.

Awkward involvement or not, Stewart's interference in the show last year couldn't have been accomplished so successfully if he were not a fan. He showed a keen knowledge of past stories, showcasing more knowledge of continuity in one segment with Seth Rollins than the creative time had managed all year. Impressive.

Born in the middle of Wales in the middle of the 1980's, John can't quite remember when he started watching wrestling but he has a terrible feeling that Dino Bravo was involved. Now living in Prague, John spends most of his time trying to work out how Tomohiro Ishii still stands upright. His favourite wrestler of all time is Dean Malenko, but really it is Repo Man. He is the author of 'An Illustrated History of Slavic Misery', the best book about the Slavic people that you haven't yet read. You can get that and others from www.poshlostbooks.com.
