10 Biggest Fakeouts In WWE History

8. Triple H On Stephanie McMahon

A nice bit of dramatic irony from WWE this, as Triple H allowed the audience into his head seconds before he was set to renew his vows with Stephanie McMahon under the misapprehension that she was pregnant.

Luckily for him, Stephanie wasn't watching the show - the cameras cut to the 'Billion Dollar Princess' bullsh*tting on about the baby and reconciling with father Vince before Howard Finkel (or absolutely any other person in the building) could grass her up.

Weddings do numbers so the ceremony went ahead anyway so fans could wait for Hunter to reveal that he knew she was "a no-good, lying b*tch". The pops grew louder as Stephanie's world crumbled around her and Triple H filled in the gaps with some soapy exposition.

He called time on the marriage before smashing up the wedding paraphernalia in the ring and dropping his Father-In-Law with a (badly blown) Pedigree. Stephanie got piefaced - they were saving her Pedigree for WrestleMania when she'd take on 'The Game' with Undisputed Champion Chris Jericho in her corner.
