10 Biggest Holy Sh*t Moments From WrestleMania 36 Night One
1. The Undertaker Sends Styles To Hell...Twice!
What a way to end the first night of WrestleMania 36, folks.
This match was far more entertaining than it had any right to be and it's obvious why it was thrown on last in hindsight. I mean how do you follow 'American Badass' Undertaker returning on a f*cking chopper?!
AJ Styles more than held his own in terms of playing up the drama, though, and provided 'Taker with the perfect foil in his triumphant return to 90's bandana wearing form.
This match wasn't designed to be a Shawn Michaels Vs The Undertaker at 'Mania XXV rival, however. Nope, this entire cinematic slug fest instead built towards two 'Holy Sh*t' moments of painful revenge that were to be exacted on the 'Phenomenal One'.
Styles first felt the true wrath of 'Taker after being choke-slammed off a god damn roof. But, this was merely the beginning as 'The Deadman' said himself, 'we're just gettin' started'.
'Taker dragged Styles lifeless vessel over to the grave which had been dug for 'The Phenom' and toyed with the 'Phenomenal' thorn in his side. Yet, just when it looked as though Styles had escaped his bitter end, 'Taker turn around and big booted him into the deep ditch.
Buried under a ton of dirt, 'Taker revealed a gravestone with AJ's name on it and left the scene with a solitary glove sticking out of the soil.
I mean we were expecting a completely surreal 'Mania, but this...this was something else.
