2. Braun Obliterates Bill
Just a few weeks ago fans were realistically discussing how Braun Strowman could potentially have nothing meaningful to do again at this year's Showcase of the Immortals. Yet, somehow here we are celebrating a new Universal Champion crowned at 'Mania 36 in the form of the 'Monster Among Men'.
Absolute madness.
Drafted in as Roman Reigns' last minute replacement to take on Goldberg for the belt, straight out of the gates it looked as though big Bill was looking to get home early.
He smashed the gigantic Strowman with multiple spears and the entire exchange had started to feel eerily similar to that of Goldberg's previous clash against Bray Wyatt's 'The Fiend' at Super Showdown.
This encounter would have a surprisingly happier ending, however, as Strowman managed to power his way out of the spear storm and then began to dominate the veteran with his own signature body breaker - the Running Power Slam.
On the turn of a dime, Strowman shifted from prey to predator and completely massacred the former WCW star with a set of Running Power Slams for the win.
Goldberg squashed on the Grandest Stage wasn't the 'Holy Sh*t' moment here, the apparently out of favour Strowman being given a bloody world title was the shocker and a pleasant one at that.
