This is a rumour which has been circulating for some time now, and Seth not cashing in would be a genuine surprise at this point. Whether it's on a beaten down Brock Lesnar who has taken everything Roman Reign has got and still won or on Reigns himself, Seth finishing the night as WWE World Heavyweight Champion would be what's best for business, and his match with Randy Orton really shouldn't impact the chances of this happening. Rollins has held the Money in the Bank briefcase for quite some time now, and has only attempted to cash in a handful of times (something which has a lot to do with Lesnar not being around all that often to be fair). Having Reigns beat Lesnar only to have the title stolen by the company's top heel could be exactly what is needed to finally get fans rooting for him, but a Rollins title run is ultimately just a lot more exciting than both Reigns or Lesnar.
