Despite the fact that there are those who view Daniel Bryan's inclusion in the ladder match for the Intercontinental title as a demotion of sorts for the man who wrestled two matches last year to become WWE World Heavyweight Champion, there may be a method behind the WWE's apparent madness. It's been rumoured that both he and John Cena will win their respective midcard titles at WrestleMania 31 in a bid to increase their importance. This will only work if the WWE actually creates significant storylines which will result in matches for either the Intercontinental or United States Championship headlining Raw, SmackDown, and even PPVs. Bryan and Cena is a step in the right direction regardless, and Triple H is said to be the one pushing Vince McMahon to make both of the currently uninteresting titles feel as important and relevant as they did quite a few years ago.
