4. Rick Rude Defeats Ultimate Warrior - WrestleMania 5
Perhaps the original big 'Mania upset, "Ravishing" Rick Rude's cheap victory over the Ultimate Warrior didn't just strip the fan favourite of his Intercontinental Championship - it also gave him his first pinfall loss in the WWF. A clean win wouldn't really have suited a character of Rude's sleazy nature, and may well have done damage to Warrior's incredible momentum, so the decision to have the reviled Bobby Heenan hold down the babyface's leg during the pinfall was probably a good one. Although the match itself hasn't aged particularly well, especially given Warrior's less-than-stellar wrestling ability, it deserves its place due to its originality and sheer shock value.
