2. Enzo Amore

Enzo Amore is far from being the most accomplished wrestler in the world, but then hardly any performers would consider their first five years in the industry as their best ever.

Earning a tryout after making a compilation video for Triple H via shared trainer Joe DeFranco, Amore was hired on the strength of his lightening quick verbal delivery and marketable look. And right through the Performance Center and NXT he travelled on those two traits, all the way to the main roster.

Enzo and Big Cass made their main roster debut the night after WrestleMania 32, right around three years after the first took to the Full Sail stage. The New Jersey duo became so popular through their big man/little man tag team formula and Amore's phenomenal crowd work during that time that it actually seemed long overdue.

After a promising start, they've sadly stuttered in recent months, but the recent backstage attacks both have sustained on Monday Night Raw will result in feast or famine for the pair. A feud with The Revival would proffer an opportunity to renew one of the finer NXT rivalries in the brand's history, whereas a revelation of Cass as the assailant would permanently sever their union and potentially limit his future trajectory.
