10 Booking Decisions WWE Must Make Before WrestleMania 39
3. The Usos Lose Their Tag Belts
It's time.
Or, at least, the time is getting ever closer. Jimmy and Jey smashed New Day's title record by becoming the longest-reigning Tag-Team Champs in history recently, and it was clear that WWE were never going to have them drop the straps before reaching that milestone. There wasn't any combo credible enough to replace them anyway.
Step forward old friends.
This will be examined more in coming entries, but the best-friends-meets-bitter-rivals dynamic Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn have always had going on will lead to another go-around as partners next year. It's practically written in the stars, because this is one duo WWE booking simply can't resist.
Zayn and KO finally taking the Undisputed Tag belts away from The Usos sounds like the kind of thing that could pin down Elimination Chamber's undercard. The fact that pay-per-view is happening in Canada would be creative's bonus ball. It'd be an easy feel-good moment for the faces.
