3. The Final Push
During WrestleMania week, WWE will continue to push the narrative of Rock and Taker's feud. Bearing in mind Rock's celebrity status, expect him to appear on several big media shows, pushing the idea that he's going to retire WWE's biggest icon at WrestleMania. This will be a very important part of the booking process, as Rock and The Undertaker are two mainstream names who resonate with the casual audience. WWE's most successful shows are the ones where the mainstream audience tune in. The storytelling on Raw doesn't get seen by the general public, but by having Rock tell the story on chat shows, it gives WWE a chance to generate a big buyrate. Many lapsed fans will come back to see two of the biggest names from the past clashing, that much is for certain.
