Several weeks ago, Finn Balor and Cesaro were joined by Kevin Owens and Rusev in a Fatal-4-Way outing. Balor was the eventual winner, pinning Rusev. Unfortunately, fans didn't get to see too much interaction between the Irishman and his Swiss counterpart. Raw could be the ideal time to change that, scratching the itch on an independent dream match come to life on the grand WWE stage.

Balor vs. Cesaro would be utterly fantastic from an in-ring perspective. Given a lengthy period with which to work, the pair surely couldn't disappoint. There's no need for much storyline context here, other than seeing both men strive to show what they can do.

After all, Cesaro has been bumping his gums about being given the chance to wrestle. He's due a title shot somewhere down the line after beating Sheamus last week, and this could continue that story.

Better yet, Seth Rollins would be behind the announce desk offering guest commentary. Once Balor had picked up the win, the heel then looks to capitalise on his exhausted nature, having fought hard in an epic match.
