9. Becky Lynch Challenges Charlotte For Royal Rumble
The WWE World Heavyweight Title will be on the line in the Royal Rumble match itself. This means that there's at least one slot open on the card for another marquee bout. If WWE want to show that they're still serious about the Divas division, that spot should go to Becky Lynch vs. Charlotte. From a storyline perspective, it makes sense. Last week on Raw, Charlotte turned heel properly on her former friend and Team PCB member. Then on Smackdown, she escaped by the skin of her teeth with the WWE Divas Title. As the babyface, Lynch has ample motivation to try and stick it to the woman she used to trust. This could lead to a strong segment during which Becky challenges for the title at the Rumble. The added stipulation could be that Ric Flair is banned from ringside. Of course, Flair was the one who helped Charlotte retain on Smackdown. Theoretically, not having him at ringside would give Becky a much better chance of becoming champion. Whatever the case, she needs to take a stand and make the challenge.
