10 Booking Steps For WWE Raw (Sept 26)
1. Seth Rollins Is Found Laid Out Backstage By Mick Foley & Stephanie McMahon
For virtually the entire duration of Monday Night Raw, Seth Rollins is shown looking all over the building for Triple H. In addition to simply roaming around furious, Rollins also takes out his frustrations on other talents. Along the way, a scheduled match between Curtis Axel and Jinder Mahal has to be cancelled, because Seth hammers both with weapons.
This leads to Mick Foley firing back at Rollins that he has to calm down or he will be suspended. In a fresh twist on the end-of-show promo formula, Seth once again storms out and goes to leave the arena. As Foley and Stephanie McMahon continue hashing out a solution to all of the problems on Raw, Rollins is shown out cold in the backstage area on the big screens.
Just minutes after being sent packing in anger, he has a sledgehammer sitting idly by his prone, battered body. McMahon and Foley rush to their top draft pick's aid, but Stephanie is speechless as she picks up the hammer.
Fans are left in no doubt that it was Triple H who orchestrated the ambush.
