10 Booking Steps To AJ Styles Vs. Shinsuke Nakamura Vs. Finn Bálor At WrestleMania 34
1. WrestleMania 34 - AJ Styles Vs. Shinsuke Nakamura Vs. Finn Bálor
Those hoping that this dream triple threat will main event WrestleMania are going to be disappointed - that honour will go to the second meeting between Roman Reigns and John Cena (more on that at a later date). The triple threat for the WWE Championship will undoubtedly be the main event in the eyes of hardcore fans - and it certainly won’t disappoint.
The uniting of Bálor Club is important as it means that Finn Bálor won’t need to bring out the 'Demon' in his first WrestleMania appearance. The 'Demon' persona is clearly going to be a huge deal in WWE, but the company must avoid using it too often too soon. Bálor can still have a huge WrestleMania entrance without the theatrics of smoke and face paint.
That entrance will be nothing on the arrival of Shinsuke Nakamura however, who is played to the ring by an entire orchestra. Why not? It’s WrestleMania after all, go hard or go home. The entrance of the champion will seem a little quiet in comparison, but AJ Styles doesn’t need the pomp and circumstance - he is the best wrestler on the planet after all.
Shane McMahon and Daniel Bryan will be at ringside to ensure that Gallows and Anderson don’t get involved, and they manage to succeed at this with little trouble. The focus is left on the ring, where three of the best professional wrestlers on the planet put on an absolute clinic, meeting the obscenely high expectations and then some.
Who walks out as champion? A solid argument can be made for all three, but that is another article for another time.
