Ideally, Heyman is with Cesaro so as to create the largest point of amplification regarding Cesaro's considerable in-ring gifts (one of which being his technical prowess). After establishing that he is, in fact, the "King of Swing," the idea of Heyman wanting Cesaro to put on a "technical wrestling exhibition" against the champion makes complete sense. Ideally, Cesaro showcases himself in the match (maybe possibly executing both the swing and the Neutralizer), but falls prey to a flying knee strike, and loses. The match established that Cesaro is close to (but not quite on) Bryan's level.
