5. The Lionheart Becomes A Guerrilla
WWE.comJericho spends the weeks leading up to Summerslam waging guerrilla warfare against the Wyatts, primarily Harper and Rowan. He ruins singles and tag matches with reckless abandon, attacking the two lesser Wyatts with chairs and pummeling fists. Again, Jericho isn't dumb, and knows that if he can take out Bray's minions leading up to Summerslam, the match will be that much easier to win. Jericho will likely still be cheered on for this, plus it shows a decent step up for his character; he hasn't really been known to resort to extreme violence in the past, but ultimately this shows just how close Wyatt is to breaking him. Plus, him interfering in Wyatt matches will give the crowd something to look forward to, and an interference they can actively cheer on like Ambrose and Rollins. And by constantly injuring Harper and Rowan everyone can rest easy that the steel cage match at Summerslam will truly be one on one.
