10 Bray Wyatt Matches We Never Got In WWE

Of all the missed opportunities which befell Bray Wyatt in WWE, a match with Brock Lesnar must be near the very top.

What makes it even more confusing was that the mega-match was supposed to happen at the quite frankly insultingly low-scale Roadblock pay-per-view on the Road to WrestleMania 32. However, Wyatt succumbed to a serious back injury before the bout, and the match was changed to a handicap encounter featuring Luke Harper, who Lesnar ploughed through without Wyatt getting physically involved. Not to mention the month beforehand, Lesnar was screwed by Bray and his stablemates in the 2016 Royal Rumble. For some reason, WWE just forgot or gave up on the potential story after this, and it was never revisited.

There were endless opportunities for the company to pull the trigger properly on Lesnar vs Wyatt, and this would have achieved so much for The Eater Of Worlds especially. To have mic battles with Paul Heyman, could have been career-making for Bray, since he struggled to craft promos that made sense in his early days. Not to mention how insane it would be to see The Fiend confront a hulking Brock Lesnar.

Both are two of the stiffest workers WWE has seen in its modern era, thus a match between them would have been beautiful carnage.
