If youre thinking youve seen this match for the WWE Tag Team Championships before, youre not going crazy. The Dudley Boyz challenging the New Day was featured at Night of Champions and again just three weeks ago during the Madison Square Garden show. In both cases, the outcome was identical: The Dudleys were about to likely pick up the victory when Xavier Woods interfered for the blatant DQ. So whats different this time around? Nothing. Theres nothing different. No no-DQ stip. No cage match to keep Xavier out of the match (even though a Hell in a Cell match between the teams with Woods desperately trying to interfere while the Dudleys bust out tables could be fun). Xavier isnt even banned from ringside. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=F7e_U-fhFaU Its been mentioned before, but now would be the time to bring back Spike Dudley to provide a counter to Xavier Woods. Otherwise, its just three special events of the same match, and we shouldnt be surprised if we get the same result.
