WWE announced its first entry into the WWE Hall of Fame last week, tapping a man who has had a grand total of four WWE matches, one of which ended in a quick DQ. Of course, theres much more to the career of Sting than that, and its a well-deserved honor. The announcements seem to come on a weekly basis during WrestleMania season, though it could be a little sporadic at this early stage. However, if WWE is looking to sell tickets quickly for the Hall of Fame ceremony the night before Mania, it would be good to tap another major inductee on Monday.
