10 Burning Questions For WWE Raw Superstar Shakeup

8. Will Rusev Day Fall On A Monday?

Fans were sent into a frenzy of sorts this weekend due to some odd Twitter behavior from Rusev, which happened to coincide with the Bulgarian Brute being removed from a casket match against the Undertaker.

It just hasn’t been a good spring for Rusev, who has lost multiple big matches despite receiving constant adulation from the fans and earning praise for his ringwork. He was pinned by Jinder Mahal in the four-way United States Championship match at WrestleMania 34, lost a #1 contender’s match, was awarded the casket match with Taker at the Greatest Royal Rumble event, and then had that ripped away days later.

The Twitter foolishness has been deemed to be part of an angle and is not some real-life meltdown that will lead to the Bulgarian Brute being dismissed from WWE.

Regardless, a reset could help Rusev immensely, which we could see with the Superstar Shakeup. The chants would follow, but maybe there would be new opportunities on Raw.
