10 Candidates For WWE Hall Of Fame 2016 Warrior Award

Which 10 individuals have personified the spirit of the Ultimate Warrior?

The night before WrestleMania XXX, at the 2014 WWE Hall Of Fame ceremony, the Ultimate Warrior voiced his desire for a future award that would recognize the hard-working, unsung heroes of WWE whose efforts made a lasting impression on those around them, suggesting it should be named the 'Jimmy Miranda Award' in memory of the late WWE merchandise guru. Two days later, Warrior suddenly passed away and the very next year, WWE created the Warrior Award. The wording that WWE used to describe their intended use of the Warrior Award makes the identity of future inductees unclear. The company's explanation for the award is that it is meant to honor "individuals that live with courage and compassion that embodies the indomitable spirit of the Ultimate Warrior". Whereas that is not exactly the same thing that Warrior had proposed in 2014, it very easily could be used in that manner since many of the important people that helped WWE succeed did so with the hard-working spirit ebodied by the Ultimate Warrior. With that in mind, there is a strong possibility that WWE will be bestowing the Warrior Award on another individual this year, after awarding it to Conor Michalek in 2015. This article will discuss 10 individuals that have made their Hall Of Fame-worthy presence felt behind the camera, showing them to be potential recipients of the 2016 Warrior Award.
