10 Candidates For WWE's Bizarre Post-WrestleMania 37 Push
3. Kona Reeves
Kona Reeves is a bit bang average, but he's tall, and can do a face in front of the hard camera.
Your years of Performance Center training are now complete. Go get 'em, kid.
Last seen over a year ago in a two minute NXT loss to Keith Lee, Reeves is currently suspended from the gymnastic rings at the PC, and he'd like to get down now, Mr. Hickenbottom. He also worked NXT UK to expand his range and learn the intricacies of British chain wrestling. Actually, it was "for some reason or other".
Reeves is another hopeless, vanished byproduct of an utterly dysfunctional system. His repackage as 'The Finest' did not take, because it happened in parallel with NXT's soulless star ratings quest, and that appears to be that. But the thing about Reeves is that he's tall, and he possesses the smarmy heel quality that Vince gets bang into for about three weeks or so.
Regrettably, Kona is just 29, meaning he's about a decade away from the call-up. At least he can use all that time to nail down the complex minutiae of his entrance pose.
