9. Kim Kardashian

The WWE appearance of Kim Kardashian was a minor thing in 2008, but any time it happens at WrestleMania 24 it's going to be remembered by people. For whatever reason, Kardashian is one of the most popular people in the world. She was first known for having a sex tape, then that turned into a reality show with her family, then she had a baby with Kanye West, who she married and last year she did some nude photos that "broke the internet" or so they claim. If WWE were to call her up asking her to be in the Hall of Fame she might not want to do it because it was just another appearance for her, but from WWE's perspective it would be a big deal. Plus, her reality shows are on the E Network just like Total Divas is on that channel, so at least there's a tie-in there. It would be ridiculous to put her in the Hall of Fame, but is it really that much different than some of the other celebs they've put in? Nope.
