10 Celebs We Could See In AEW
5. Freddie Prinze Jr
A more controversial option for AEW to use on their weekly show would be the former WWE writer and producer, Freddie Prinze Jr. Prinze was a writer and producer for WWE for two separate periods of time, once in 2008 and again in 2010. He also popped up a handful of times on WWE television, getting involved with feuds with John Cena, Randy Orton, Big Show and Chris Jericho.
Granted, Prinze's work on WWE and association with their product could be a reason for AEW to avoid working with him because they would not want to acknowledge his history with their main competition.
However, he could still be a viable option for an appearance on AEW's programming, as he has showcased his understanding of the business during his work with WWE all those years ago. It is known that Prinze is a fan of wrestling, as he has stated in past interviews that he started watching in the '80s.
With that in mind, Prinze has proved that he could be used in either a backstage segment or an in-ring altercation with AEW talent. Either way, wider fans of professional wrestling know that he has a passion for the business and understand that he knows exactly what goes into making a good show greater.
