5. Sherri Shepherd (MVP)

This is one of the weirder ones.

The View hostess Sherri Shepherd was in between marriages when she appeared on an episode of SmackDown alongside MVP in 2009. Technically, she was still married when she made the cameo (Sherri divorced her first husband in 2010), and she'd marry again in 2011. According to Sherri in a 2009 interview, she dated the wrestler somewhere during that time.

After Shepherd's SmackDown showing, MVP appeared on her TV show and accompanied Sherri to a special high school prom redo. Most media outlets at the time guessed this was a publicity stunt from WWE and The View, but it was more. Shepherd and the reigning United States Champ were more than friends, put it that way.
