10 & 9. Los Matadores
Let's make one thing clear right off the bat - Los Matadores are obviously a joke, far more so than any of the men in The League of Nations. Thankfully, they wear masks, and so can be repackaged rather easily. Once known as Epico and Primo, the duo are former WWE Tag Team Champions, and while The New Day are excellent in that position at this time, the division could still benefit from a bit of depth. By becoming the official tag team of The League of Nations, Epico and Primo can contend for the titles, or simply have exciting matches with The Usos and The Lucha Dragons. WWE announcers are committed to telling fans that the company's tag scene is in great shape, but apart from The New Day, that's not entirely true. It's time to start shaking up the division a bit. Most importantly, Epico and Primo are talented workers capable of delivering in the ring and generating reactions. Puerto Rico may not technically be a nation, but the tandem would make great for representation of the commonwealth in the League.
