2. Khabib Nurmagomedov At UFC 205 - 'Let's Go With Your Chicken!'
One particular post-fight interview may have stolen the show at UFC 205 (we'll get to it soon enough) but that doesn't mean it was the only crazy conversation to happen after a fight had ended on that night.
Khabib Nurmagomedov had nearly snapped Michael Johnson's arm off during the prelims, but that wasn't enough. 'The Eagle' needed to send another message and he was going to use Joe Rogan's post-fight interview to do so.
Rogan had been gifted Khabib's signature papakha hat to wear and happily proceeded to conduct the interview with the furry number on his head. Yet, Khabib was in no mood for joking around and took this moment to tear down the ultra popular fighter at the top of the card Conor McGregor.
Khabib mentioned that 'your guy, at the beginning of the year, he tap like chicken' and highlighted how it was crazy that by the end of the year he was fighting for the title. He also confessed that the McGregor fight was the easiest in the division.
Rogan's attempt to stay serious throughout this important moment for the Lightweight division (and the Khabib/McGregor rivalry) whilst wearing Khabib's extravagant hat was one of the most confusing and surreal images you'll ever see inside an Octagon.
