10 Crazy UFC Fights You Must Watch In February
3. Derrick Lewis Vs. Curtis Blaydes - UFC Fight Night 185
We were supposed to get this heavyweight bout last year, but a positive COVID-19 case for Derrick Lewis meant that the battle of the big men didn't go ahead. However, finally we get to see these two go at it and it can really go one of two ways.
If the fighter is in favour of Lewis then expect a ridiculously violent, almost cartoonish-level knockout along with a memorable post-fight interview that could be more entertaining than the fight itself.
However, if Curtis Blaydes is going to be victorious, it'll involve him landing multiple takedowns on Lewis and hitting him with some seriously nasty ground and pound. Considering Lewis' takedown defence isn't the greatest, this is a real possibility.
Anything else happening would honestly be a massive surprise, as both men have very rarely moved away from what got them into the UFC in the first place. Either way, it's an intriguing match-up between two of the top men in the weight class.
