10 Creepy Things You Need To Know About WWE Superstars

8. Paul Bearer And Hunico Both Worked As Morticians

The late William Moody first became a pro wrestling manager under the name Percy Pringle III, but it was as Paul Bearer -- The Undertaker's pale-faced, urn-clutching second -- that he became a true household name. The Undertaker character has been one of the most memorable in WWE's entire history, and Paul Bearer was the perfect man to have by his side. In fact, he was more perfect than we'd ever realized. Though Moody first broke into the business in the late 1970s, he decided to scale back his involvement a few years later when his first child was born. He needed a new job, of course -- something that would allow him to pay the bills while staying close to home. That job? He became a mortician and an embalmer. Even though the Paul Bearer persona was hilariously over the top, and Moody himself was one of the kindest, friendliest men in the wrestling industry, it's sort of nice to know that there was a hair of realism to the character. Bearer's not the only WWE Superstar who boasts experience working with the dead, though. Prior to becoming a pro wrestler, Hunico/Sin Cara II worked at his grandfather's funeral home. He is certified to embalm and conduct funeral director services.
