Really? 

Yes, really! Rockstar Spud was brought in to TNA as Dixie Carter's obnoxious Chief Of Staff and didn't do a whole lot of wrestling initially, but when he turned face and began feuding with EC3 (more on him later) the crowd really got behind him. 

Spud has since proven to be quite adept in the ring - even recently taking Kurt Angle to the limit - and his natural mic-work and likeability make him easy to root for. 

Sure, the guy's tiny and WWE doesn't currently have a Cruiserweight Division - so even though he would probably be flung around by the likes of Bull Dempsey at first, with Daniel Bryan on the shelf there's a spot open for the type of plucky, man of the people underdog that could get over well with WWE crowds.
