10 Current Wrestlers Who Would Have Had More Success In The Attitude Era

9. Baron Corbin

Corbin has something right now that a lot of other wrestlers are lacking and that's believability. One almost gets the feeling that his disdain for wrestling fans is genuine, which bodes well for his chances of becoming a top heel in the future.

That being said, if the 6'8" 'Lone Wolf' was around in the Attitude Era, he would have had the opportunity to take his heel persona to the next level.

In those days, yanking an indy wrestler posing as a fan out their seat and beating them to a bloody pulp wouldn't have been out of the question. This action would serve to heighten the tension between Corbin and the audience.

Furthermore, hitting one of the Attitude Era's top female stars with his finisher, an act that wouldn't be allowed in today's WWE, would help make Baron Corbin the kind of heel that makes grandmothers throw their remotes at the television.
