There has been a lot of pressure and expectation on Tyson Kidd, as he was the final graduate from the well-renowned 'Hart Dungeon'. Why not use this strong connection to give him a manager and help him become a more well-rounded superstar? While Kidd has immense in-ring talent, his mic work is quite substandard, and while it improved in his time down in NXT, he still probably needs the help of someone with more experience. One option would be the iconic Jimmy Hart, who managed the likes of Bret Hart and Jim Neidhart, and while he has no relation to them, it would still be simple to show the connection between himself and Kidd. Hart's mic skills and legendary status would aid Kidd in getting over with the crowd. The second option is Bret Hart. While a bit of a stretch, it is always possible 'The Excellence of Execution' actually mentored Kidd with former tag partner David Hart Smith. Imagine how much of a big deal Kidd would feel if Bret was by his side. Outside of the Hart connection, Christian could be a good possibility as he is currently not being used in an on-screen role and has proved himself to be a comfortable talker in WWE.
