Formerly known as KENTA, Hideo Itami has underwhelmed a bit so far in NXT, and while most are aware of his talent in the ring, but the language barrier effects his promo work. A manager would do him no harm. The first option would more than likely have to make Itami a heel, and that is Triple H. Both very serious competitors, Triple H's experience on the biggest stages would guide Itami through the bumpy road that is WWE, and also aid him in his restrictions on the microphone. Triple H has shown in the last year or more that he can be the best heel talker on the roster, and this is exactly what Itami could do with once his time comes for a main roster debut. This could show Itami's dark side that many fans may already be aware of. Another option would keep Itami as a face, and that is none other than 'The Nature Boy', Ric Flair. With Itami's no-nonsense style, Flair would likely have to cut out some of the 'wooing' and use more of his serious promo skills to make Itami look feel like a serious threat as a main roster babyface. Plus, sticking one of the greatest American-based wrestlers ever with one of the best Japanese-based wrestlers ever sounds quite appealing doesn't it?
