8. Asuka (NXT Women's Championship)
Asuka's NXT Women's Championship was legendary. While she may have been, well, screwed on the main roster, her 510-day championship reign is something we'll all be telling our grandchildren about in a few decades. The only blemish on the otherwise-perfect run is its ending.
During a phenomenal match against Ember Moon, she broke her right collarbone & it was revealed that she'd be out for up to eight weeks. She subsequently vacated the championship, receiving commendation from around the world for her fantastic reign, most notably from William Regal who called it "One of the greatest championship reigns in WWE history".
While her run since then has been inconsistent to say the least, her initial relinquishing of the title struck a startling chord.
