10 Most Dominant Monster Heels In WWE History

3. The Undertaker

The Undertaker is one of the most iconic superstars in the history of sports entertainment. He is best known nowadays for his run as a top babyface, defending his remarkable streak of victories at WrestleMania. However, during the Attitude Era, the Deadman spent a long time as one of the most terrifying monster heel characters ever to set foot inside the squared circle. He debuted as a heel character in 1990, feuding with top babyfaces like Ultimate Warrior, Randy "Macho Man" Savage and Sgt Slaughter. It was during this first heel run that 'Taker picked up his first WWF Championship by beating Hulk Hogan. In 1999, he became the dark leader of the Ministry of Darkness, which took the form of a satanic cult. They made today's Wyatt Family look like cuddly children's characters. The Ministry perpetrated some heinous acts during its run, including crucifying Stone Cold Steve Austin and hanging Big Bossman in Hell in a Cell. So terrible were the actions of the Ministry that Vince McMahon even turned face against them for a period of time before it was revealed that he was the "higher power" behind their actions all along. The Undertaker was a great babyface late in his career, but a lot of his legacy will be as a satanic, demonic monster heel.
