Calling up such NXT talents this close to WrestleMania is a good thing because it strengthens the bond between a wrestler and an infinitely wider audience. At the time of the calendar year where sleepy wrestling fans wake up again, there are new faces, fresh on the uprise, to draw the extra attention and hopefully keep it thereafter.
In other news, it's a shame that there isn't another NXT star who's entrance alone encompasses the kind of mad theatrics WrestleMania prides itself on. Oh hang on... Karrion Kross and Scarlett exist, and Kross is reportedly on track for a jump to the main roster.
