2. Zack Sabre Jr.
EVOLVE has long been praised for the quality of its matches, and 2015 was a standout year. Still, for all of the company's classic bouts in the past 12 months, none received as much praise as ROH standout Roderick Strong versus acclaimed English technician Zack Sabre Jr. Sabre has competed for British promotions and Pro Wrestling NOAH for years, but his recent branching out into the U.S. has gained him even more of a following. For two years running, Sabre has been voted the Wrestling Observer Newsletter's Best Technical Wrestler, drawing comparisons to nine-time winner Daniel Bryan. Sabre is skinny by WWE standards, but as his command of holds and maneuvers is only matched by his ability to properly pace a match and control a crowd, the company can't hold off on signing him for long. When both parties are ready, he'll be the perfect addition to WWE - just like Bryan before him.
