Like current and former WWE superstars Zack Ryder, Curt Hawkins, and Trent Barreta, Anthony Nese trained under ECW Champion Mikey Whipwreck and first cut his teeth in the Long Island-based New York Wrestling Connection. Today, Nese is a talented high flyer with considerable technical prowess, and part of EVOLVE's Premier Athletic Brand stable. Nese has already appeared on WWE TV before, albeit in inauspicious fashion - he played a tech worker whom Bray Wyatt threw at Roman Reigns during their feud last year. The talented grappler has far more to offer the company, though, and he'd fit in perfectly on NXT - or the WWE Network's upcoming cruiserweights-only show.
