We've seen a couple different variations on this story through the years. One says that Savage was owed a certain amount of money by the WWF when he left for WCW, and he was never paid that money. One says that Randy was working on a return to the WWF, but received an "insulting" offer, and nothing ever happened. Money is an interesting thing in life, whether you're used to having it or not. It can change relationships, if not outright ruin them. No matter what any fans and outsiders might think, it's certainly something that can have two grown men hold grudges against each other for years. Does that make Vince McMahon especially petty if he continues to hold the grudge, even after Savage has passed away?
