It's always reassuring to learn than your favourite wrestlers were also giant wrestling nerds before they got famous, and Trish fits that bill perfectly.

Growing up, the future star was a big fan of the graps, citing the likes of Hulk Hogan and Randy Savage as her favourites. She also probably liked Bret Hart, but only because it was mandatory for all Canadians to worship The Hitman during his prime.

Before getting signed to WWE, Stratus also co-hosted an internet radio show called Live Audio Wrestling, produced by local station Toronto Sports Radio. Stratus was a part of the show throughout 1999, appearing alongside other hosts like "Gentleman" Jeff Marek, a famous Canadian sportscaster.

Live Audio Wrestling (LAW), which aired between 1997 and 2017, covered all aspects of the great sport, as well as MMA later in its life, and once hosted the one and only Dave Meltzer in a weekly slot. The show was also once home to John Pollock and Wai Ting, who eventually formed Post Wrestling.

So, Trish helped make online wrestling content before becoming a wrestler. Does that make her the Canadian Simon Miller?
