Perhaps the worst match of the overall putrid show was the quarterfinal match pitting resident behemoths Kane and Big Show against each other. Of their 652,493 matches against each other, this was either their worst or second worst, depending on how you feel about Backlash 2006.

The biggest reason for the match's failure was the fact that Kane held Show in a chokehold for an eternity, far longer than the time needed for Show to have asphyxiated and died right there on the canvas.

Apparently, Show was waiting for some sort of cue from the referee or timekeeper to rise up out of the move and fight Kane off. Either the cue was never issued, or Show didn't see or hear it, because the match completely fell apart after minute two or three of Kane clasping his neck.
