If you've seen the 2004 Royal Rumble, you know that Spike Dudley was the match's 13th entrant, but he never made it to the ring. Once Kane was eliminated following the distraction of the presumably-vanquished Undertaker's gong, he needed an outlet for his anger. So he chokeslammed the incoming Spike in the aisleway.

For the fifth straight year, Bubba Ray and D-Von Dudley were relegated to the Rumble's undercard, having never participated in the 30-man fray. Spike was the first Rumble entrant to come from the Dudley litter, and he never even joined in the action.

Bubba Ray would eventually participate in a Rumble match as a guest in 2015, more than a decade-and-a-half after his official WWE debut in 1999. To this day, D-Von's still waiting for his first crack at the Rumble match.
