As it stands, the women's Royal Rumble match in 2019 is officially the longest Rumble match in WWE history.

By the time that Becky Lynch dumped Charlotte Flair over the top rope on her way to victory, the 2019 women's Rumble had clocked in at 1:12:00 - making it the lengthiest Royal Rumble match in the 34-year history of the event.

On average, Rumble contests have tended to be somewhere between 50-60 minutes in duration, although there are a few exceptions to that. The 2011 40-man Royal Rumble won by Alberto Del Rio lasted 1:09:51, the 2002 Rumble won by Triple H hit 1:09:22, the 1993 offering won by Yokozuna culminated after 1:06:35, and Hulkamania ran wild until 1:05:17 back in 1991.

Looking at the other side of this topic, and the 1995 Royal Rumble holds the record for the shortest 'proper' Royal Rumble - with Shawn Michaels entering at #1 and winning the whole thing after just 38 minutes and 41 seconds.

The first ever Rumble back in 1988 did only last for 33 minutes, but the caveat here is that that bout was only a 20-man contest.
