10 Fascinating WWE Royal Rumble 2020 Facts
4. The Most Ever Eliminations By One Person
Brock Lesnar is a freak athlete in both a kayfabe and shoot way. Whether it's as an unbeatable monster 'character' or as a real-life once in a lifetime legitimate athlete, Lesnar is a true rarity in the world of professional wrestling and beyond.
Having set all kinds of records in sports, Paul Heyman's Beast also set a couple of impressive records for himself at the 2020 Royal Rumble.
Opting to start at the #1 sport in the Rumble, Brock went on to pick up the most eliminations ever achieved by one person in a Royal Rumble bout. By the time all was said and down and Lesnar had been Claymore Kick'd out of the match, he'd amassed a stunning 13 eliminations.
That stands as a record for the most eliminations for one single Rumble, and Lesnar edges out Roman Reigns (12 eliminations in 2014), Kane (11 eliminations in 2001) and the ten apiece achieved by Hulk Hogan (1989) and 'Stone Cold' Steve Austin (1997).
Technically, Braun Strowman is tied with Lesnar on 13, although that doesn't carry as much weight as Brock's feat - for Strowman won the 50-man Greatest Royal Rumble in Saudi Arabia back in 2018.
