The slow-as-molasses main event. Month after month of awful comedy in the form of Leslie Nielsen trying to solve the mystery of Undertaker's disappearance (The Naked Gun it most certainly wasn't). It's pretty easy to see why the angle flopped so miserably, and why the fake Undertaker was seldom ever mentioned on WWE television again.

There have been rumors over the years that the original ending to the match was to have been just as far-fetched as The Undertaker's levitation at the Royal Rumble. Could it have been worse? You be the judge.

As the story has it, the ending was supposed to see some sort of lights-and-magic show wherein both Undertakers somehow "merged", as the lights would go out. When they came back on, there was only supposed to be one Undertaker remaining, as though Calaway had absorbed Lee's physical form.

And well.....yeah.
