10 Fascinating WWE Survivor Series 2013 Facts

3. An Elimination Match Was Planned Around The Wyatts Vs. Punk/Bryan Story

Survivor Series 2013 Oooh!
WWE

Survivor Series 2013 really only had two matches worth watching: the Roman-conquers-all elimination match, and the tag bout pitting CM Punk and Daniel Bryan vs. Luke Harper and Erick Rowan. The latter was basic and formulaic, but ultimately good, tag team match thanks to the players involved.

The original plans, going back to late October/early November, had an elimination match in the cards, with all three Wyatts on one team, joining another teammate or two to take on Punk, Bryan, and other assorted partners.

It's unclear if wrestlers from the Shield's elimination match would've been involved in any way, since the card hadn't been finalized by that time. Punk, Bryan, the Usos, and someone else (Mysterio?) vs. the Wyatts and Swagger/Cesaro could've made sense, after all.
