10 Fascinating WWE WrestleMania Facts You Didn't Know
2. Three Men Have Main Evented WrestleMania In Three Different Decades
This one's not a cheat, but it's damn close, as you have to brush against the edges a bit. Nobody pulled off the 80s/90s/00s trifecta, but the 90s/00s/10s has been done thrice. Shawn Michaels headlined two in the 1990s (12 and 14), before closing out two in the 2000s (20 and 23), then ending his career at 26 in 2010 against Undertaker. The Dead Man is another, sharing that 2010 battle with Michaels, closing 24 in 2008 against Edge, and ending 13 in 1997 with Sid. The other would be The Rock, who main-evented 15 in 1999, followed by 16 and 17 in 2000-01, and eventually 28 and 29 in 2012-13. Rock's first and Shawn and Taker's last juuuust satisfied the decade barriers for this one.
