10 Forgotten AEW Wrestlers You Totally Don't Remember

4. Tiger Ruas

Tiger Ruas spent a full 6 years in WWE's system as Arturo Ruas between 2015-2021. You might remember him as one of the extras a super-sweaty Shane McMahon talked over during those short-lived Raw Underground segments on the Monday night flagship. Someone was impressed, because Ruas got drafted to Raw in the 2020 Draft.

WWE quietly moved him back to NXT then released him in June 2021.

AEW came calling, and Tiger ended up trading 6 years in WWE for 6 matches in All Elite. You guessed it: All of them took place on Dark or Dark: Elevation. His biggest showing was surely a decent back-and-forth scrap vs. PAC on the 2 November 2021 episode. Other than that, Ruas mainly worked tags.

Suddenly, being biffed by Dabba-Kato and Braun Strowman on Raw Underground didn't seem so bad. AEW didn't take up the option to sign Ruas full-time, and there's no record of him wrestling anywhere else since 2022. What a strange pro career all in.
