10 Fresh Feuds WWE MUST Book After The 2020 Draft
1. Daniel Bryan Vs. Seth Rollins
While they’ve faced off a couple times on television over the years, Bryan and Rollins have never worked a singles PPV match together in WWE.
Fate wasn’t on their side before Bryan’s forced retirement in 2016. When Bryan was on the rise and made it to the top to the company in 2014, Rollins was still with The Shield. When he finally split and became a singles star, it happened when Bryan was out with an injury.
When Rollins reached his peak as a wrestler in 2015 and 2016, Bryan was out of action completely. Even when Bryan came back to wrestling after two years out, he was on SmackDown and Rollins was stuck on Raw, making this long term storyline impossible until now.
Now they’re both on the same brand and Rollins is a heel again. Bryan is still one of the most over babyfaces in the world. Once the Rollins/Mysterio feud is over, both men will have no major angles and it will be the perfect time to bring this into existence. Their veteran instincts, their different yet compatible styles and Bryan’s status as the best wrestler in the world would ensure this is a classic rivalry. It needs to happen.
