10 Fun Facts About My Trip To WWE WrestleMania XIX

8. Rollin€™ With The Undertaker And Limp Bizkit

Any boy who grew up as a teenager in the Attitude Era will remember The Undertaker€™s biker phase when he returned in 2000 with his Kid Rock theme music. In December of that year, The American Bad Ass started using the popular chart song, Rollin€™ by Limp Bizkit and he€™d continue to use it for several years as he rode his bike to squared circles in arenas around the world.

When I found out Limp Bizkit would be in attendance at Safeco Field to perform Rollin€™ for Taker€™s entrance, I was very excited. I mean, if I was going to miss Lemmy sing The Game for Triple H completely out of time with the music, at least I€™d get to see Fred Durst doing his best to offend people.

Fred and Co performed the theme tune for that year€™s Mania and sang it live at the event. Crack Addict was a decent tune and when you€™re an angry teenager, it€™s a good fit for your personality. I€™ll always fondly remember that track for how much I associate it with my first WrestleMania.

Seeing The Dead Man ride out on his motorcycle with Limp Bizkit furiously screaming Rollin€™ on the stage was a goosebumps type moment that, once again, I never though I€™d get to be there live for. The woman in front of us who€™d brought her son to the show wasn€™t anywhere near as impressed as I was.

In my state of hysteria as the entrance was happening, I decided to ask her/scream at her €œDon€™t you like Limp Bizkit, this is amazing?!€ and even though she didn€™t say anything, her look to me clearly said €œGo f*** yourself€.

Good times.
